Aesthetic booking software for UK clinics
Booking starts the journey.
Rytura is for aesthetic practitioners and clinic teams that need the diary to connect with the client record, assigned forms and the work around treatment. A confirmed booking is the start of that workflow.
What happens after a client books?
The appointment sits in the configured diary with its practitioner and client information. The clinic assigns the relevant forms and uses the secure client portal to make client-facing tasks available. The team checks what is received, outstanding and ready for review.
Does a submitted form mean the client is ready for treatment?
No. Receipt and practitioner review are different steps. The practitioner reviews the client record and history, checks the relevant information and makes the clinical decision. Booking software does not establish suitability for treatment.
Can I take deposits and send reminders?
Check the exact workflow before relying on it. Clinic-owned Stripe payments require connection, activation and eligibility. Optional deposits and vouchers are live. Treatment-level cancellation policies, new-booking policy snapshots and audited cancellation or no-show deposit decisions are available to owners and administrators. Operational email requires a verified sender; SMS requires approved UK setup and separate credits. Booking alone does not switch these services on.
What happens after treatment?
The clinic keeps treatment information, relevant products and batches, aftercare and the agreed next step connected. The extended Client Journey is being tested by selected clinics. Optional recall emails are released with client opt-in, clinic activation and rollout checks. Agree who owns the follow-up process.
What should I test before choosing a booking system?
Use a fictional client to book a slot, find the appointment in the diary, assign a form, review the client record and request a booking change. Check who confirms a move or cancellation and which provider services are actually enabled.
Read the current availability register, use the no-show cost calculator, or take a consistent checklist into a product demo.
