Website and trial terms

Clear terms before a clinic workspace is created.

These terms cover the public website and the no-card self-service 30-day Solo trial. A paid subscription requires a separate, explicit choice and the service terms shown at that stage.

Site operator

This website is operated by ClinicKind Ltd, trading as Rytura and registered in England and Wales under company number 17396304. Its registered office is Flat 102, 3, Lofting House Garden Boulevard, Maidenhead, United Kingdom, SL6 1FB.

Using the website

You may use this site to learn about Rytura, request an optional walkthrough and, when the secure route is live, start a standard self-service free trial. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, evade security or rate limits, impersonate another person or use public and signup routes for client or patient information.

Who may create a trial

The person signing up must be authorised to act for the named clinic and must use their own business email and identity. A trial is subject to eligibility and anti-abuse controls, including limits intended to prevent duplicate trials. Enterprise and complex multi-clinic organisations use the separate fit-review route rather than the standard self-service trial.

Limited evaluation licence

Rytura grants the named clinic a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the trial for its own genuine internal evaluation during the 30-day trial period. The trial account and its credentials must not be shared with another organisation, competitor or unauthorised person. The trial does not grant any ownership of Rytura or a right to resell, sublicense, publish or provide the service to somebody else.

Rytura intellectual property

Rytura and its licensors retain all rights in the software, source and object code, database structures, documentation, brand, copy, illustrations, interface designs and other protected material. The trial is permission to evaluate the service, not permission to copy or acquire those rights. Copyright and other rights arise and continue independently of whether a copyright notice is visible.

Except where applicable law does not allow a restriction, you must not scrape or systematically capture the service; copy, republish, sell or distribute its protected material; attempt to obtain source code or non-public security and implementation details; evade access controls; use trial material to train a model or automated system; or use the trial primarily to copy Rytura's protected expression, confidential implementation or non-public workflows into a competing product. Ordinary notes and screenshots reasonably needed for the named clinic's internal buying decision are permitted but must not be published or used outside that evaluation.

Confidential trial material and traceability

Non-public technical, security and product information made available only inside authenticated trial access and identified as confidential or evaluation-only must be kept confidential and used only for the permitted evaluation. Rytura may display an opaque trial reference and retain proportionate security and audit evidence so suspected scraping, account sharing or misuse can be investigated. The visible reference is not a secret and does not contain the owner's email.

How the trial starts

Sending the initial signup details does not create a clinic. The 30-day Solo trial begins only after the same owner follows the secure email handoff, establishes the required password and authenticator, and successfully claims the protected clinic workspace. The accepted privacy-notice and terms versions are recorded with that journey.

No card and no automatic subscription

Rytura does not require a payment card for this trial and does not automatically create a paid subscription when the 30 days end. Trial access is suspended at expiry. Continuing requires an explicit later choice of the appropriate standard plan and acceptance of the ordering and service terms presented then.

Trial workspace and availability

The trial provides access to the protected clinic workspace and the features that Rytura identifies as active in that workspace at the time. It does not promise that every described product workflow, integration or provider service is enabled in the trial. Maintenance, security work, provider availability and reasonable usage controls can affect access.

Misuse and suspension

Rytura may restrict or suspend a trial where proportionate security evidence indicates unauthorised access, credential sharing, automated extraction, repeated duplicate trials or material breach of these terms. Ordinary signup does not need manual approval. Where appropriate, Rytura may preserve relevant evidence and pursue available contractual or intellectual-property remedies. Nothing in these terms restricts a right or exception that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Information and trial expiry

Do not add real client or patient information during signup. If the active trial workspace later permits test use, follow the instructions shown there and do not assume it is approved for production clinical use. At trial expiry, access is suspended and information is retained pending the applicable documented retention or deletion decision; it is not automatically charged or silently deleted.

Product and pricing information

The public site describes product scope and guide pricing in general terms. Availability can depend on plan, location, provider activation, eligibility, professional authority and governance. Published plan and additional-location prices are exclusive of VAT. If VAT is chargeable, it will be added at the applicable rate and shown before ordering.

Clinical and professional decisions

Rytura supports clinic workflows. Information on this website and in a trial is not clinical, legal, regulatory or professional advice, and the platform does not replace professional judgement or the clinic's governance.

Third-party services

Payment, messaging and other connected providers operate under their own terms, eligibility decisions, prices and technical availability. A free-trial claim does not silently activate a provider service, and Rytura does not ask for a provider password through this website.
