Aesthetic clinic CRM

Keep the relationship connected to the care.

A returning client should not feel like a new enquiry. Rytura keeps their details, appointments, forms and treatment information in one clinic system, so your team can find the context before deciding what happens next.

What an aesthetic CRM needs to remember.

For a clinic, client management is more than a name on a contact list. The next conversation may depend on a previous appointment, an assigned form, a treatment record or an outstanding request. Re-entering those details into separate systems makes continuity harder.

Rytura brings this operational context together. Authorised staff can work from the aesthetic client record, while clients use a secure portal for appointments, assigned forms and permitted account information. Clinical notes remain with the clinic team.

This is Rytura’s approach to aesthetic CRM: keeping the relationship close to the work of the clinic. It does not imply that every sales-pipeline, campaign or retention-automation feature is available.

Follow one client through the clinic.

  1. 01

    Find the existing person

Start with the client directory and previous appointment context. Check that your team can identify the right person before adding another record.

  2. 02

    Prepare the next appointment

Connect the booking with the client’s assigned medical and consent forms. Keep completion and the practitioner’s review as distinct responsibilities.

  3. 03

    Keep the visit in context

Retain treatment information, forms and relevant product or batch details within the clinic workflow. The next practitioner needs usable context, with access appropriate to their role.

  4. 04

    Make the next action clear

Use assigned aftercare and permitted portal information. Agree who will handle any follow-up; an instruction available to a client is different from an automated recall campaign.

CRM, booking or a complete clinic system?

A booking tool focuses on appointment choices and the diary. A conventional CRM often focuses on enquiries, contact history and sales or marketing activity. Aesthetic clinic software also has to support records, consent, treatment context and staff responsibilities.

If the problem is missed context between visits, demonstrate the record and handover. If the requirement is automated lead nurturing or a campaign builder, establish that separately. Our CRM versus booking software guide gives you a practical way to compare those needs.

What is available in Rytura?

Client records, booking, versioned forms, consent and the secure portal are included after clinic setup. Operational email needs a verified sender; SMS needs an eligible paid plan, provider approval and credits. See the communication setup.

The marketing and Canva suite is in development. Automated recall, rebooking and growth or retention prompts are planned. LIN and the extended Client Journey are in selected-clinic testing. Do not choose Rytura on the assumption that these are live CRM automations.

What does it cost?

Solo is £29 per month for one bookable practitioner, Clinic £69 for two to five, and Group £119 for six to fifteen, excluding VAT. Non-booking reception and administration users do not count towards practitioner limits. Provider charges are separate; check current pricing and annual options.

Can existing client information move?

Begin with a switching scope review. Client details, clinical history, photos, forms, appointments and financial information need separate assessment. A contact-list import is not proof that the complete history can migrate.
