Stripe payments

SMS
Credits purchased separatelyPaid plans can receive one managed UK number after Rytura and the messaging provider approve setup. SMS credits are not included.
Operational email

How do I count practitioners?
Count each practitioner clients can book in the diary. Owners, administrators and reception staff who do not take bookings do not increase the plan price.
Does Solo leave out important clinic tools?
No. Solo, Clinic and Group include the same everyday Rytura system. The price changes with the number of practitioners clients can book, not by removing records, forms, the client portal or waiting list.
Is the priority waiting list included?
Yes. It is included on every plan and during a valid trial after Rytura sets up the clinic. Staff review the priority order and contact suitable clients manually. Rytura does not send automatic slot offers or messages.
Are Stripe, SMS and email ready immediately?
No. Stripe belongs to the clinic and needs Stripe approval. Email needs a verified sender. SMS is for paid plans after approval and needs separately purchased credits.
Can I move to another plan later?
Yes. Move up or down when the number of practitioners clients can book changes. Your everyday Rytura tools stay together when the plan changes.
Is the marketing and Canva suite included today?
