Patient & client records

Keep each client's details, appointments and forms in one record.

Rytura gives authorised staff one secure place to find client details, appointment history and assigned forms.

Useful clinical context

Find the client and the next action with less searching.

The record supports your clinic's work. It does not make clinical decisions or prove a person's qualifications.

Structured client details

Keep client details and history in one record rather than scattered messages and files.

Appointment context

Move between the diary and client record while keeping the relevant appointment visible.

Assigned form history

Keep the medical, consent, policy and aftercare forms assigned to that client.

Scoped staff access

Organise access around clinic responsibilities instead of relying on a shared login.

Product & batch context

Maintain the practical product and batch information used in the clinic workflow.

Clear client-facing boundary

Keep protected clinic information separate from the information intentionally shown in the client portal.

The portal boundary

Clients see what is meant for them, not the clinic's full record.

  • Upcoming appointments and client-facing visit history.
  • Assigned medical, consent, policy and aftercare forms.
  • Calendar change requests that remain subject to clinic confirmation.
  • Configured credit, voucher, loyalty and due-date information.

Patient records software FAQs

Keep the product boundary clear.

Does Rytura call people patients or clients?

Rytura generally uses the term client, while recognising that medical clinics may use patient. Each record keeps the person's clinic information together.

Can clients see clinical notes in the portal?

No. The portal is limited to client-facing information such as appointments, assigned forms, relevant history and configured account information. Clinical notes and professional decisions remain with the clinic team.

Does software replace the clinic's data-protection responsibilities?

No. Rytura supports protected clinic workflows, but each clinic remains responsible for appropriate access, retention, professional governance and its own data-protection obligations.
