Security & privacy

Designed for the responsibility behind clinic work.

Rytura helps clinics control access to records, payments and messages. Each clinic remains responsible for its professional, legal and data-protection duties.

Product principles

Clear access. Clear boundaries. Clear records.

Verified staff access

Staff entry is protected and access is organised around the clinic's responsibilities rather than a single shared login.

Versioned clinical content

Published forms and consent wording can be versioned so the clinic can identify the content connected to a journey.

Scoped team permissions

Clinic ownership, management and practitioner context are kept distinct when Rytura decides what a person can see or do.

Clinic-owned payments

Stripe asks the clinic for credentials and verification on Stripe's own service. Rytura does not ask for the clinic's Stripe password.

Controlled provider services

Messaging remains unavailable until the necessary provider setup and compliance state are present.

Purposeful client context

Client information is presented around the clinic workflow, with access intended for the people who need it to perform their role.

Shared responsibility

Software supports good governance; it does not replace it.

Clinics decide who should have access, which forms and pathways are appropriate, how long information must be retained, and how their professional obligations apply. Connected providers make their own eligibility, verification and service decisions.

Rytura does not make blanket compliance guarantees. Ask how its controls apply to your clinic's policies, contracts, professional roles and data flows.

This public website's privacy information is separate from the platform terms and clinic data-processing arrangements.

Boundaries, audit and resilience

Rytura separates each clinic's data and limits browser actions to authorised routes. Important changes are recorded for review. Data is encrypted in transit, and provider credentials stay on the server rather than in clinic screens. Backup, recovery and security response require operating evidence, not just a marketing statement.

Support access

Routine cross-clinic support access is not presented as live. Any future support-access capability must be time-limited, purpose-bound, explicitly authorised and auditable before it is offered.
