Clinic payments

Take payment in the clinic or through a secure link.

Rytura connects eligible payment journeys to the clinic's own Stripe account. Use approved reader hardware or let the client pay on Stripe from a secure link. A dedicated iPhone and Android payment app, including compatible Tap to Pay support, is in preparation. The clinic retains its provider relationship, takings and payouts.

Stripe connection

See whether payments are ready to use.

Saving account details does not turn payments on. Rytura shows when Stripe setup or approval is still needed.

Clinic-owned account

The Stripe account belongs to the clinic, not to Rytura.

Stripe-hosted onboarding

Credentials, business details and requested proofs are provided to Stripe through its secure service.

Activation before use

Online payment capability remains unavailable until Stripe confirms the necessary account state.

Reader now; phone app in preparation

Take an in-clinic card payment with approved Stripe reader hardware. Compatible Tap to Pay support will remain unavailable until the dedicated app, device and clinic-location checks are released.

Secure payment link

Let the client complete Stripe Checkout on their own phone without Rytura seeing or storing their card details.

Eligible payment methods

Stripe may show card, Apple Pay or another provider-approved method only when the clinic and individual payment are eligible. Rytura does not promise a method before Stripe displays it.

Clinic-controlled funds

Takings, refunds, disputes and payouts remain visible and managed through the clinic's Stripe account.

Clear clinic responsibility

The clinic remains responsible for provider eligibility, verification information and its payment obligations.

No password collection

Rytura does not ask staff to type the clinic's Stripe password or secret key into the setup screen.

Connection sequence

Setup, verification, activation, then availability.

  • The clinic starts Stripe's secure connection route.
  • Stripe requests the business and identity information it requires.
  • The clinic supplies any outstanding proofs directly through Stripe.
  • Rytura shows payments as available only after the provider state supports them.

Connected through Stripe Availability remains subject to Stripe eligibility, verification and service decisions.

Clinic payment FAQs

Know what the connection does and does not do.

Who owns the Stripe account?

The clinic owns and controls its Stripe account. Takings, refunds, disputes and payouts remain in that provider account rather than being held in a Rytura balance.

Is saving Stripe setup information enough to accept payments?

No. Payment availability depends on the clinic completing Stripe's onboarding, identity or business proofs, eligibility checks and activation requirements.

Does Rytura ask for the clinic's Stripe password?

No. Stripe credentials and verification are handled through Stripe's own secure service. Rytura does not ask the clinic to enter its Stripe password into a Rytura screen.

Are other flexible payment methods automatically included?

No. Stripe can show another dynamic method only when the clinic and payment are eligible and the provider has approved it. The available choices can vary by customer, amount and currency, and provider fees remain separate from the Rytura plan.
