Use the five-day measurement protocol to define your categories. Keep recording methods consistent. Unknown is not zero; leave a ratio blank when its denominator is zero.

Explain the comparison
- What else changed during these periods: staffing, opening hours, appointment mix or demand?
- Were the categories, people included and recording method the same?
- Did setup or training add work? Record this separately from the settled workflow.
- What improved, what worsened and what stayed manual?
- Which observations are missing, and could that change the conclusion?
- What will you check next, and who is responsible?
Notes
If you choose to share a case study
Agree the exact figures, timeframe, explanation, quotation and clinic attribution before publication. Separate the clinic’s observations from a claim that software caused them. Leave out client information and screenshots containing real client data. A completed worksheet is not permission to publish it.
This blank worksheet is preparation for collecting evidence. It is not a customer case study or evidence of a Rytura result.
Use the admin time calculator to total your recorded workload, or the workflow health check to choose a process to review.
