What the headline price can hide
Ask every provider for a twelve-month total using your real number of bookable practitioners, locations and expected messages. Check VAT, extra logins, SMS, payment processing, marketplace commission, migration, onboarding, storage, annual commitment and paid add-ons. A “free” subscription can still carry acquisition or payment costs; a higher subscription can be better value if it removes per-seat or add-on charges.
Where Rytura sits
Rytura Solo remains £29 a month plus VAT, or £288 a year plus VAT, the equivalent of £24 a month. One location is included and non-booking reception and administration seats do not count towards the practitioner limit. SMS credits and payment-provider fees remain separate.
That makes Rytura competitive, rather than the cheapest monthly option. Its case is the connected product: the complete clinic system, LIN bringing forward what needs attention, and the Client Journey keeping clients clear on what happens next. Rytura is currently being tested with selected clinics, so an established competitor may be the better choice for a clinic that needs immediate self-service onboarding or a feature Rytura has not yet released.
Choose by use case
- Lowest transparent solo headline: compare Beautay, Aesori, AesthetiClinic and Aesthetic Nurse Software carefully, including VAT and patient or practitioner limits.
- Five-practitioner team: compare flat or bundled team pricing with per-login pricing; the difference becomes much larger than the solo headline.
- Marketplace discovery: a platform such as Glowday or Fresha may suit clinics that value client acquisition, but model marketplace commission separately.
- Mature enterprise breadth: Pabau or Phorest may fit larger organisations willing to complete a quote-led buying process.
- Continuity and client clarity: evaluate Rytura's LIN and Client Journey demonstrations, then verify that the current availability register covers what your clinic needs.
A five-question shortlist
- Can it show your real booking-to-follow-up workflow using fictional client details?
- What is the written twelve-month total for your team, locations and expected messages?
- Which features are available now, need provider setup, or are planned?
- Can the clinic export its records, files and history in a usable form?
- Will the client and practitioner experience still feel clear on a busy day?
