Rytura buyer guide · supplier facts reviewed 14 September 2026

An Aesthetic Nurse Software alternative: compare patient limits and team growth.

For a solo aesthetic nurse, the right comparison changes as the patient list grows or another practitioner joins. Compare ANS Foundation and Advanced with Rytura using the same patient count, stock workflow and team permissions.

Start with fit, not a feature count

Two capable products can be right for different clinics.

The useful question is which operating model, level of maturity and set of trade-offs fits the clinic you actually run.

ANS may fit when

A specialist product and its plan boundaries fit.

ANS publishes Foundation, Advanced and Custom plans for aesthetic businesses.

  • Foundation’s stated 150-patient limit fits your current clinic.
  • You need Advanced features such as stock tools and staff access restrictions.
  • You value the supplier’s published support and data-import offer, with scope agreed directly.
Rytura may fit when

You want the whole clinic day connected.

Compare the diary, records, assigned forms, treatment information, stock and client experience as one workflow.

  • Published plans count bookable practitioners; non-booking administration seats do not count towards that limit.
  • You want payment processing through the clinic’s own activated Stripe account.
  • You can work with supported onboarding and the published availability boundaries: LIN and the extended Client Journey are in selected-clinic testing.
Plan for the next practitioner

Check what changes as the clinic grows.

Patient count and bookable staff can affect a buying decision differently.

  • Compare the current patient list and expected twelve-month growth.
  • Include reception and administrative access as well as practitioners.
  • Test stock, permissions and your booking-page requirements in the specific plan.

What changes between ANS plans?Foundation lists 150 patients. Advanced lists unlimited patients and adds stock management, low-stock alerts and staff access restrictions, among other features.Rytura publishes plans by bookable practitioner count. Check the full pricing and availability pages for your intended setup.Compare the tier you actually need once stock, permissions and patient growth are included; the lowest starting tier may not be the relevant quote.
What is the current price?ANS uses an interactive practitioner-count selector. A numeric subscription was not available in our text review, so we have not repeated the earlier £25 figure as a current quote.Solo is £29/month plus VAT; Clinic is £69/month plus VAT for up to five bookable practitioners. Annual options are published separately.Select the same practitioner count in ANS, record the plan and date, and confirm VAT and annual terms. Model the point when your patient count requires a different tier.
How does the appointment connect to documentation?ANS lists appointments, online booking, patient records, documentation, deposits, payments and reminders in Foundation.Booking, client records, assigned versioned forms, consent and treatment information connect around the appointment.Use a new-client booking and an existing-client visit. Check consent versions, treatment notes, photographs and what must be completed manually.
How does stock work for a small team?ANS lists stock management and low-stock alerts in Advanced.Rytura connects stock and product/batch information with treatment workflow.Ask for treatment use, stock adjustment, batch/expiry handling and user permissions. Check the exact plan and any limits; “stock management” alone does not settle these details.
What does migration support include?ANS advertises free data import. Confirm the supported fields, attachments and source systems directly.Rytura’s planned onboarding is assessed case by case; a full historical-record transfer is not assumed.Compare the written migration scope in both directions. Who exports, maps, transfers, reconciles and approves each data type? Identify exclusions and continuing access to history.
What does the client see after the visit?ANS publishes reminders and follow-up within its plan descriptions.A secure client portal supports permitted information; the extended Client Journey remains in selected-clinic testing.Show the actual client journey for forms, aftercare and review. Confirm delivery charges, assignment, visibility and the fallback when a message fails.

Feature names rarely prove that two workflows behave the same way. Ask each supplier to demonstrate your real journey, explain every separate cost and record what will be available for your clinic on day one.

Take these to the demo

Questions that reveal more than a polished screen.

Use the same questions with every supplier. Ask for the answer in writing when it affects cost, data access, client communication or launch timing.

  1. Which plan fits our patient count now and in twelve months?

  2. What changes when we add a practitioner or reception access?

  3. Show stock use, batch information and staff restrictions in that plan.

  4. What exactly is included in data import, including images and signed forms?

  5. Can we export the same evidence if we later leave?

  6. Which follow-up steps are available now and what do messages cost?

Sources and method

Check the original product pages, not just this comparison.

ANS facts were checked against its official plan page. Questions about detailed behaviour are evaluation prompts, not unsupported claims that a feature is missing. Obtain a current quote from the interactive selector.

Comparison questions

Plain answers before you shortlist.

Rytura earns trust by showing the fit and the boundary together.

Should I switch simply because my patient list is growing?

Growth is a reason to compare the next suitable plan, not an automatic reason to leave. Check ANS Advanced and the relevant Rytura plan using your actual team, patient count and required workflows. Include the time and scope of migration in the decision.

Can Rytura import every part of my current system?

Universal migration is not promised. Rytura is preparing case-by-case onboarding using the actual export, supported field mapping, a secure transfer route, a dry run and clinic sign-off. Records, photographs, consent evidence, appointments and financial history require separate assessment.

Can I start an unrestricted public trial of Rytura today?

The current public route is reservation and supported onboarding. Check the product availability page before choosing a launch date. Provider-dependent payments and messaging require activation; selected-clinic testing is not general availability.
